The production figures on this page represent the team's combined results. Brian's individual production may appear differently on third-party real estate platforms depending on how each one attributes MLS transactions.

About our name

The Caplicki Home Team was previously known as The McGovern Caplicki Team. It is the same business, the same leadership and the same office, operating under a new name.

The 2026 RealTrends Verified rankings list the team under that former name, The McGovern Caplicki Team. Older articles, directory listings and social profiles may do the same. When you see either name, it is us.

How we count, and why portal numbers differ

Our career total of 1,367 closings covers every transaction the Caplicki Home Team has completed since 2000. That includes listings and buyer representation handled by current and past team members.

Sites like Zillow, Homes.com and Realtor.com show a lower figure. That is not a discrepancy so much as a different way of counting. Those platforms display only the transactions matched to the MLS ID on a given profile, and we credit our agents for the deals they close. A sale closed by one of our agents appears under that agent, not under Brian. Both numbers are accurate. They answer different questions.

What we handle

Listing and marketing homes, estate sales, divorce sales, downsizing for seniors, new construction and land development, and investment properties. Those last several are the situations that rarely fit a standard process, and they are most of why people call us.

We work throughout Orange County, New York and into neighboring Sullivan County. Our Orange County towns include Middletown, Goshen, Warwick, Monroe, Chester, Florida, Cornwall, New Windsor, Newburgh, Washingtonville, Pine Bush, Walden, Montgomery, Campbell Hall, Harriman, Highland Falls, New Hampton, Rock Tavern, Wallkill, Westtown, Woodbury and Wawayanda.
