Houses sold for about 100 percent of their final asking price county-wide, so there is little room on the best houses. The bigger savings come from choosing the right town and school district for your budget.

If you are selling in Orange County: how should you price and when?

We studied this with Orange and Sullivan County MLS data. Start with how should I price my house to sell, how long it takes to sell a house, and whether to underprice.

Then the best time to sell, why some houses are not getting offers, and capital gains tax on a home sale. Here is how we market a house and our guarantee.
